Standard delivery uses a flat $9.99 shipping charge.
Returns & Remakes
All sales are final and refunds are not offered. If the prescribing doctor's prescription changes, the lenses may be eligible for a remake within 60 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Warranty
Lenses are covered by a one-year warranty under normal conditions. Frames are not covered by this warranty. The product must be shipped back before a replacement is provided. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
